Randy was rescued from a rock quarry in 2017. His disability has never held him back even when he suffered verbal and physical abuse.
Today, he is 15 years old, and he lives at the Children's Home where he is safe and goes to school for the very first time. Someday, he wants to become a motivational speaker so that other kids born into poverty hear stories of how they can overcome the obstacles in their lives.
