When Mila's father became sick, child labor was a way to help feed her family, and in the end, this led to slavery.  Mila was a slave in a rock quarry where she worked unthinkable hours in terrible conditions. In 2019, Mila was rescued by one of our field teams and brought to live at The CFC Children's Home.

Today, Mila is 12 years old and in 6th Grade. She loves playing games with her friends at The CFC Children's Home. She loves her science class, and she dreams of becoming a doctor.

When you sponsor Mila, you take care of her needs for food and education. You'll get updates from time to time about how you've made a difference and learn about the significant things happening in her life.

When you do what you can For One, you help end child slavery for good.

Dozens of other children are waiting to be connected with a sponsor. See their stories.
